Medical Director for Emergency Medicine in a Family-Friendly Community

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician to join our team in a picturesque community nestled just three hours from Salt Lake City, Utah. As a Medical Director, you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals while enjoying a high quality of life in a family-friendly environment.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position is highly competitive, with a base annual salary of $250,000. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including housing accommodations when on site, malpractice coverage by the hospital, and a generous compensation package that reflects your expertise and experience.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Medical Director in Emergency Medicine, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. With a patient volume of 12,000 patients per year and 33 patients per day, you will work closely with a skilled team of Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to deliver top-notch care. Your schedule will consist of 12 x 12-hour shifts per month, with no on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications and SkillsTo be considered for this role, you must be board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Medicine setting. You should also be proficient in Cerner EMR system and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider visa candidates at this time.
