The Promotional Marketing division plays a crucial role in connecting with community members, raising awareness through dialogue, and addressing inquiries related to our clients' initiatives. By collaborating with local causes and non-profit organizations, we assist these entities in achieving their goals while simultaneously contributing to our community.

Key Responsibilities of the Promotional Marketing Assistant:

  • Participate in daily in-office meetings to review client-supplied statistics and updates on promotional efforts.
  • Design and implement promotional and event marketing strategies to enhance community awareness and engagement.
  • Identify target audiences and execute tailored marketing campaigns to meet specific needs.
  • Oversee event materials and leverage merchandise to boost visibility.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective event planning and execution.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Qualifications for the Promotional Marketing Assistant:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
  • Capacity to perform well under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
  • Outstanding self-management capabilities.
