- Provide skilled occupational therapy services, including interventions and evaluations, in accordance with physician orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
- Develop and implement a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist/OT.
- Minimum one year of professional working experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
