Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accuracy in balancing and auditing room, food and beverage, and telephone revenues.
  2. Verify all room and tax charges, cashier reports, and guest accounts for precision.
  3. Prepare and submit daily management and accounting reports, including customer tracking and market segmentation.
  4. Process credit card transactions efficiently.
  5. Act as the liaison for hotel systems during overnight hours, addressing any technical issues.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and share information.
  7. Perform Front Desk Agent duties as needed, including assisting with reservations and guest inquiries.
  8. Handle all cash and credit transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
  9. Secure and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate entry of messages and wake-up calls.
  11. Complete pre and post-shift tasks as assigned.
  12. Report any equipment malfunctions to management.
  13. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of both POS and manual systems.
  14. Respect confidentiality regarding guests and staff.
  15. Communicate professionally and courteously with guests and team members.
  16. Address guest complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
  17. Stay informed about hotel features and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  18. Assist with other front office tasks as required.
