Pay and Home Time: Enjoy a structured 12-day on-road schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour home reset. Our digital system ensures strict adherence to this home time commitment. Anticipate weekly earnings averaging between $1,400 and $1,500 or more, based on your preferred workload.

Responsibilities: Operating throughout the 48 contiguous states, our Class A CDL truck operators manage general freight exclusively. All freight is 100% no-touch, with an average haul distance of 700 miles.

Equipment Information: Our CDL A truck operators benefit from brand new automatic trucks from 2021 or newer, equipped with essential amenities. You can take your assigned truck home during your off-duty time, and dispatch occurs directly from your residence. Our digital system provides a 12-day advance schedule for seamless transitions.

Qualifications: Candidates must possess a valid commercial driver's license (Class A License) (CDL-A) and a current DOT medical card. Experience requirements include 3 months in the last 3 years, or 6 months in the last 5 years, or 2 years in the last 10 years of tractor-trailer experience (40 ft or longer). Proficiency in vehicle safety and control systems, familiarity with Department of Transportation regulations, and a clear record in the Clearinghouse database are essential.

Application Process: After an initial phone interview to evaluate eligibility, detailed information about this Class A CDL truck operator position will be provided. Completion of a DOT application will initiate the hiring process. Following a review, an orientation date will be scheduled, and PSP, DAC, and MVR reports will be processed. A job offer and orientation arrangements will follow, with prior DOT employers receiving employment verifications. Travel logistics will be coordinated, and a comprehensive three-day orientation will conclude with the assignment of your truck.
