Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endocrinology Clinic team at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop effective care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care plans in collaboration with other healthcare team members
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric care
Requirements
  • 1+ year experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Broad knowledge of patient care principles and equipment
  • Ability to assess effectiveness of patient care and maintain a calm demeanor in crisis situations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
