Job Title: Mammography Technologist

AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join their team in Anchorage, Alaska.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mammography Technologist to work in our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mammography procedures, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality mammography procedures, including screening and diagnostic mammography
  • Operate and maintain mammography equipment, including Hologic Selenia Dimensions and Affirm Stereotactic
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education, promoting a positive and supportive environment
Requirements
  • ARRT Registered Mammography
  • 8 hours Tomosynthesis training
  • Screening and Diagnostic mammography
  • ARRT (M) (R), BLS
  • 2 years experience
  • AK lic required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in stereotactic guided biopsies and wire locs
  • Weekly Quality Control experience
