Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality direct nursing care to patients with complex acute and chronic health issues.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Monitor and document patients' conditions, administering prescribed medications and treatments as needed.
- Coordinate patients' discharge needs and provide education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
- One year of current acute care RN experience (military RN experience considered).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
