Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Support. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners, MRI machines, and X-ray units
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety
  • Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, including adjusting equipment settings and using image processing software
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams and imaging results

Requirements:

  • ARRT (CT) certification
  • BLS certification
  • 2+ years of experience as a CT Technologist
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
