Butcher's Shop Salesperson for the Fresh Counter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic salesperson to join our team at NebulaWorks as a Butcher's Shop Salesperson for the Fresh Counter. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Presentation and Sales: Create an attractive product presentation and provide competent advice to customers on our meat, sausage, cheese, fresh fish, and delicatessen products.
• Customer Service: Deliver courteous and efficient service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that products are stored and displayed in a clean and organized manner.
• Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage customers and increase sales, including promoting products and services.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Ideally, a vocational training or work experience in the food retail industry or (system) gastronomy, or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong customer orientation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
