Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our culinary team at the Hotel Investment Services. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Collect and sort used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
• Load and unload dishwashing machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
• Wash specific items by hand, including large pots, delicate china, and other fragile items
• Store clean dishes, glassware, and equipment in a clean and organized manner
• Set up workstations before meal preparation begins, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies stock, notifying management when replenishment is necessary
• Check washing machines' operation and report any technical or performance issues to management
• Remove garbage regularly and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a related role, such as Wait Staff
• Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines

Required Skills

• Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
