Position: Part-Time Child Care Support Specialist
Location: Community Child Care Center
Work Schedule: 8-Hour Day Shifts
Weekly Commitment: 24 Hours
Compensation: $16.25 per hour
Incentives: $500 Sign-On Bonus
Department Overview
Become a valued member of our team and contribute to the well-being of children in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children.
- Provide personal care and nurturing to children aged six weeks to 12 years.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and staff.
- Assist in implementing daily activities and educational plans.
- Exhibit patience and a positive demeanor while caring for multiple children.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a child care setting required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
