Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As an Occupational Therapist with FOX Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a 1:1 setting, focusing on functional outcomes and patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements
