This opportunity is part of the Center for Digestive Health's Behavioral Medicine program, which provides state-of-the-art care for patients struggling with obesity.
">The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including obesity medicine physicians, psychologists, dieticians, nurses, and bariatric surgeons, to deliver comprehensive care. As an embedded psychologist at the Weight and Wellness Center, you will have the opportunity to develop and provide expert services for patients struggling with obesity and its psychosocial sequelae.
">Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective behavioral health interventions for patients with obesity.">
- Lead groups offered to patients across the region by the Center for Digestive Health's Behavioral Medicine Team.">
- Conduct pre- and post-bariatric surgery psychological evaluations.">
- Participate in multidisciplinary team-based care.">
- Collaborate with other psychologists and psychology trainees in the Center for Digestive Health's Behavioral Medicine Program.">
