Mixologist

Job Summary

Dotty's is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Bar Operations
  • Greet patrons and provide drinks and food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Secure proper identification for all patrons.
  • Accurately count inventory and money at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Maintain inventory levels as assigned.
• Marketing and Promotion
  • Understand and market Dotty's promotions to increase sales and drive revenue.
  • Properly payout guests and ensure accurate transactions.
• Store Maintenance
  • Keep the bar area stocked, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Update supervisors on any issues related to operations, equipment, or processing failures.
• Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior cash handling experience preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to stand long periods.
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to be flexible with hours.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
