Cardiologist Position at Veterans Affairs

The Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration is seeking a skilled Cardiologist to join our team at the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System. As a Non-Invasive Cardiologist, you will be responsible for participating in daily ambulatory/outpatient Cardiology clinic services, interpreting EKGs, and performing other duties related to Cardiology.
Responsibilities
Participate in daily ambulatory/outpatient Cardiology clinic services
Interpret EKGs for Cardiology and other clinics
Perform transthoracic echocardiograms, ambulatory monitors, and other Cardiology services
Work Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship
Degree of Doctor of Medicine or an equivalent degree
Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia
Residency Training: Physicians must have completed residency training, approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification
Proficiency in spoken and written English
