LCMS Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled LCMS Technologist to join our team at Lighthouse Lab Services. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for the operational, technical, and scientific oversight of the laboratory.

• Manage laboratory operations to ensure compliance with internal standard operating procedures and regulatory standards of CLIA and CAP.
• Support monthly financial reporting, budget preparation, and performance goal achievement.
• Assist the Director in budget process through resource identification and service needs evaluation.
• Identify necessary capital budget items for the laboratory.
• Manage laboratory personnel by preparing schedules, providing guidance, and direction.
• Maintain flexibility to cover scheduling gaps as needed.
• Maintain strict CLIA Compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and others to resolve issues and maintain ongoing functionality.
• Supervise all testing performance, corrective actions, and process improvement.
• Perform or delegate instrument validation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Develop SOPs.
• Maintain QA/QC records and programs.
• Oversee laboratory and accessioning personnel performance, training, and competency.

• B.S. (or higher) in Biology, Medical Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of high-complexity clinical lab testing experience.
• Montana state CLS license.
• Prior Supervisor experience is preferred.
• Experience with Agilent 6460 and CLC analyzers is preferred.

• Competitive salary range: $70,000-$80,000/yr.
