Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelor's
  • A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions on your record in the past 5 years
  • Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
