About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread and pastries for our cafes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet the demands of our cafes
• Ensure all products meet Panera Bread's quality standards
• Represent our company values in your daily work
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform other tasks as needed, such as stocking, preparation, and sanitation

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field (training provided)
• Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Age 18 or older
