Avera is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing top-notch nursing care to our patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with your team to provide the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identifying potential health risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of SD or multi-state privilege to practice in SD.
  • Basic Life Support certification within six months of employment.
  • Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
