Job Summary

Volt is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on electrical and industrial equipment, including assembly, disassembly, and installation of new machines.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot mechanical equipment breakdowns and diagnose and repair broken assets.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of performed maintenance tasks and keep hand tools, power tools, and supplies organized and clean.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety precautions and follow established schedules and protocols.
  • Electrical and Industrial Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of electrical and industrial systems, including electrical distribution networks and technical rules of BT electrical installations.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain a strong team spirit.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical and industrial systems, experience with preventive maintenance, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
