About the Role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Tuscola, Illinois.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a SNF UNIT setting.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Illinois.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a SNF UNIT setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
