Operating Room Registered Nurse Job Opportunity

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in Washington, D.C.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. As a travel nurse with MedPro Healthcare Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a top healthcare client and gain valuable experience in a new and challenging setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients undergoing surgery
  • Provide patient education and support before, during, and after surgery
  • Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Surgery setting
  • Active RN License
  • Degree from an accredited nursing program
  • BLS & ACLS Certifications
