We are seeking a skilled Telemetry RN to join our team at a Short Term Acute Care facility in Niagara Falls, NY. This role offers a unique chance to work in a supportive environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and interpret patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
- Administer medications and IV infusions, while carefully observing patients' responses.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide patient education and support to patients and their families regarding cardiac conditions and treatment plans.
- Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience.
- Proficiency in using the Oracle EMR system is preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
