About the Role:

AuBurn Pharmacy Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our Burlington, KS store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail pharmacy operations, including order entry and review, pharmacy operations management, medication adherence, MTM, and immunizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small retail team and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and pharmacy operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve medication adherence and patient outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including order entry and review.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our pharmacy remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacist licensure in the state of Kansas.
  • Experience in retail pharmacy management, including leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
