We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trainer to join our team at the State of Colorado. As a Clinical Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to hospital and clinical staff on the use of electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff on EHRs and other healthcare systems
- Provide one-on-one training and support to staff as needed
- Collaborate with the Informatics Team to develop and implement training curricula and materials
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting of EHR systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position
- At least 1 year of experience in teaching/training, electronic health records, and clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
