Physician Empire is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist with a focus on Geriatric Psychiatry to join our team in a beautiful university town with a strong presence of medical professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician to work in a collaborative environment with a passion for serving the elderly population.
About the Opportunity:
- We are seeking a Geriatric Psychiatrist to join our team, with a strong preference for a Fellowship-trained candidate. However, we will consider Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrists with significant experience in Geriatric Psychiatry and a passion for serving this patient population.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with an Advanced Practice Provider and will be comfortable with a 50/50 split between inpatient and outpatient work.
- Our Geriatric ward has 17 licensed beds, and the practice will be supported by a team of social workers, counselors, therapists, nurses, and mental health associates.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package, including a 2-year salary guarantee and a production-based compensation model after the guarantee period.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation time.
- A signing bonus of $30,000.
- An annual CME allowance of $5,000.
- 5 days of paid CME time per year, in addition to vacation time.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, and long/short-term disability coverage.
- A 401(k) plan with employer match and additional employer contributions.
- A relocation allowance to support your move to our beautiful university town.
