The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in El Paso, Texas. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and administering treatment for patients referred to physical therapy. Your expertise will be essential in helping our patients achieve optimal physical function and independence.

**Job Summary:**

* Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Participate in staff development programs to stay up-to-date on best practices

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
* Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
* 2+ years of experience in pediatric physical therapy
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
