Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our team as a Traumatic Brain Injury Provider. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating and treating patients with traumatic brain injuries. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of medical professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

The Traumatic Brain Injury Provider will be responsible for conducting one-time, non-treatment compensation and pension exams for veterans. This will involve reviewing pertinent medical history documentation, capturing responses during the exam through web-based examination forms, and completing all documentation electronically. The exams will be sent to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree, specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Neurology, with experience in evaluating for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Primary care experience is also required. The candidate must hold and maintain an active and unrestricted license in the specialty field of M.D. or D.O. and have or obtain an active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
