**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
* Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with precision and attention to detail
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to communicate test results and recommendations
* Participate in quality control and quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Assist in training new staff and students to maintain a high level of expertise

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
* Certification by ASCP, AMT, or equivalent
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills
