We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista at Target. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, adhering to Target's food safety and quality standards.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including the Starbucks area, by adhering to Target's cleaning and maintenance standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and provide excellent customer service.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, responding to changing priorities and guest needs.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and management.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to Target's food safety and quality standards.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
