Job Description

This Physical Therapy Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our physical therapists and helping clients achieve their optimal health goals. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, compassionate, and passionate about health and wellness.

The successful candidate will assist in setting up and preparing exercise equipment, observe patients during treatment, and motivate and assist patients in exercise programs. Additionally, they will help maintain the cleanliness of treatment rooms, clinic floors, locker rooms, and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Passion towards health and wellness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Computer literate, experience with data-entry preferred (Apple preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Regular attendance and punctuality
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and some Saturdays
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet fixed time constraints
