Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapy Assistant to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct patient assessments and provide feedback to physical therapists.
- Implement treatment programs and provide patient education.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Active California Physical Therapist Assistant License.
- CPR/BLS Card.
