Position Overview:
We are in search of an experienced Lead Project Coordination Specialist to become a vital member of our innovative team.

In this capacity, you will be instrumental in orchestrating and facilitating the implementation of significant organizational projects and initiatives.

As a Lead Project Coordination Specialist, you will work in close partnership with Project Managers to guarantee the smooth progression of tasks, resources, and information essential for the successful delivery of projects.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing project schedules, documentation, and technical reports while acting as a crucial liaison for project teams to promote effective communication and collaboration.


Your role will involve significant contributions to the planning, oversight, and management of various internal initiatives, including intricate, multi-year projects that span multiple departments such as Finance, Compliance, Human Resources, Engineering, Transmission & Distribution, Legal Affairs, Customer Service, and Administrative Operations.

Moreover, you will engage in a variety of projects, from infrastructure development to the establishment of new facilities.


Core Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Project Managers to synchronize project activities, monitor progress, and maintain project documentation.

2. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Assist in the formulation of project, resource, and staffing strategies, ensuring the acquisition of necessary resources.

4. Monitor and report on project advancements, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.

5. Ensure project outcomes align with standards for technical quality, reliability, timelines, costs, and regulatory compliance.

6. Evaluate performance and suggest adjustments to schedules, budgets, or resource allocations as needed.

7. Analyze the implications of changes on project status, financials, and timelines.

8. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to foster consensus in critical decision-making processes.

9. Oversee the creation and execution of key deliverables, presentations, and essential project documentation.

10. Lead and manage project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

11. Flexibility to travel as required to support project meetings and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with transmission systems or public utility operations.

2. Experience in conducting analyses and preparing presentations.

3. Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and management.

4. Experience in overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential Qualifications:
1. Associate's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.).

2. Demonstrated experience in project management support roles.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.

6. Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
