Cycle Counter Job Description

Job Summary:

Cycle Counter is responsible for monitoring warehouse, production, and plant floor inventories to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role involves performing cycle counting duties to verify materials and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory levels and identify discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory reporting
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with frequent lifting, bending, and standing. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
