Harlan County Health System is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN or LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages in a clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and documenting in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Assist physicians in clinical procedures, examinations, and treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all HCHS policies, standards, and federal/state regulations.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience preferred.
- Current Nebraska LPN or RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
- Medical Assistant certification (a plus).
