CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $48,000 to over $60,000 based on performance and overtime opportunities. In addition to your base pay, you may also be eligible for bonuses tied to your accomplishments.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Assist clients in mitigating property damage caused by water, fire, or other disasters.
- Collaborate with our team to develop effective restoration strategies.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas requiring attention.
To succeed in this position, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in disaster recovery or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
