Toward Maximum Independence (TMI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities and deaf/hard of hearing individuals since 1981 and 2000, respectively. We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Consultant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support.
- Deliver direct support and training to individuals, families, and staff.
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation.
- Develop and coordinate assessments, functional analyses, and behavior intervention plans.
- Complete required paperwork and provide monthly documentation.
- Provide services in accordance with funding requirements.
Requirements:
- Participate in regular clinical meetings.
- Travel up to 1 hour for consultations.
- Bill TMI monthly, with no mileage reimbursement.
- Variable days and hours, Monday to Friday.
- This is a contract position with no benefits.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Licensed clinician (LCSW, PsyD, or PhD in Clinical Psychology) or Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
- At least 12 units of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) preferred.
