We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at our retail location. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding the high standards of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide a high-quality shopping experience for customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to merchandising guidelines and replenishment procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably in fashion.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with a passion for providing a high-quality shopping experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions:

This is an onsite retail position at our retail location.
