We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team at North Country Healthcare. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our physician offices.
Job SummaryThe Clinical Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our physician offices, including scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and handling central switchboard functions. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Verifying patient information and obtaining signatures for consent to treat
- Handling central switchboard functions, including answering phones and forwarding calls
- Processing documents and referrals
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and staff
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic office skills, including PC, typing/keyboarding, and phone experience
- Familiarity with the healthcare environment and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
