Novant Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Stepdown Unit at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including telemetry monitored, post-operative cardiothoracic surgery and structural heart patients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining a-lines, BIPAP, trachs, temporary epicardial pacemakers, Blake drains, chest tubes, and drips. You will also have the opportunity to work with a team that is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death.
Key Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required. One-year relevant experience, preferred.
