Produce Clerk

**Job Summary**

Big Y is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Produce Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare and maintain a high-quality produce department, including selecting, cutting, and packaging products.
• Provide World Class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Build relationships with customers, offering product recommendations and educating them on the benefits of our products.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and rotating products.
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
