About the Opportunity

The Global Treasury Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing and monitoring daily US cash and debt management transactions, ensuring seamless execution of borrowing transactions and cash operation activities. This position requires strong analytical skills to prepare and maintain US cash flow projections, as well as effective communication to interface with bank personnel and resolve banking issues.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily US corporate cash and debt management and forecasting activities, including administering/anticipating short-term borrowings, payment of interest and Credit Facility fees, letter of credit issuance, and maintaining loan activity files.
  • Prepare and maintain US cash flow projection models, including daily cash positioning and reconciliation, and develop assumptions for detailed cash flow forecasting by gathering and interpreting cash flow and other financial data.
  • Execute wire transfers, funds movement, approve ACH transfers, foreign exchange transactions on bank platforms, and FXAll, and resolve cash/banking issues and errors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper record keeping and document filing/management, including Treasury service agreements, signature cards, bank account documentation, loan notices, and letters of credit.
  • Assume the Security Administrator role for global banks, managing user entitlements, and maintain shareholder databases, execute dividend and stock transactions, and shareholder communications.
  • Analyze and monitor bank statements and bank fees monthly, perform monthly analysis of Treasury cost center reports, including review and research of significant variances and reclassifying of expenses when necessary.
  • Collaborate with various departments to analyze existing systems and processes to initiate and implement process improvements and drive efficiencies.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as requested and manage activities in collaboration with Treasurer, Treasury peers, Global and Business Unit Controllership, Transaction Services, Business Unit Finance, and Global Tax to accomplish planned growth.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required up to 5%.
  • Represent Driscoll's in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all interactions with growers, co-workers, suppliers, customers, and the business community at large.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in accounting, economics, or business, and 5 years of Treasury or Treasury-related experience within complex organizations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and intermediate Excel skills with experience updating cash management models.

Preferred qualifications include a strong desire to grow Treasury knowledge and capabilities, including obtaining Certified Treasury Professional certification, and the ability to work closely with internal and external customers to complete projects.
