Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Urban Forestry Supervisor to lead our team in tree trimming and removal operations from aerial lifts. This role requires strong leadership and supervisory skills, as well as a deep understanding of the tree care industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a full production crew in the removal and/or trimming of urban trees.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.
  • Ensure all necessary equipment, fuel, and tools are available for each job.
  • Identify and document worksite hazards to minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Arborist to plan and execute large-scale tree removal projects.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
  • Maryland State Tree Expert License and/or ISA Tree Worker Certification.
  • Experience with aerial bucket trucks and a strong understanding of tree care operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
