We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Assistant CNA to join our team at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. As a Nursing Assistant CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
About the RoleThe Clinical Associate (CA) functions as a member of the patient care team. The CA is responsible for providing direct patient care and any assigned duties as designated by his/her competency level to ensure optimal patient care. The CA works under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities- Provide a clean patient care environment and uphold all principles of infection control.
- Promote teamwork and nurture relationships so as to be seen as a positive member of the healthcare team.
- Provide exceptional service and/or care to all patients, customers and team members.
- Ensure a safe environment for all patients, customers and team members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent
- BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association
- CNA License or enrollment in an RN program
