Textile Printing Specialist

C&C Tee Shirts LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Textile Printing Specialist to enhance our production team. This role involves the operation of screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various apparel and related items.

• Efficiently operate both manual and automatic screen printing presses.
• Ensure precise execution of job orders by interpreting instructions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing workspace and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Assist in preparing inks and supplies for production runs.
• Lift and manage materials weighing up to 50 lbs as required.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and production timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in screen printing.
• Knowledge of basic screen printing techniques and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
• The ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• A solid work ethic and reliability.
