Job Overview

Cannonball Recruiting LLC is seeking a highly experienced Civil Project Manager to lead our land development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional projects from pre-construction to post-construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project proposals, budgets, scopes, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Build and maintain high-quality relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Oversee the federal, state, and municipal permitting processes to ensure compliance and project success.
  • Coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities to project team members and subcontractors.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control processes are in place and followed.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in land development project management, with a focus on civil engineering.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution, with a strong understanding of regulatory agency and permitting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Civil3D software and other relevant project management tools.
  • Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain) is a plus.
