Job Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and provide excellent customer service
- Service customer-owned instruments with high-quality craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A skilled understanding of repairing guitars
- Fundamental product knowledge on Guitar Center products

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, mental health support, paid time off, employee discounts, and tuition reimbursement options.
