Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our imaging center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our radiology technologists, ensuring the highest level of patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of radiology technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective imaging center operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality imaging standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited A.R.R.T. program with certification in MRI, CT, Mammography, or Diagnostic Radiology.
- At least four years of technical experience and two years in a supervisory role.
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in MRI, CT, Mammography, or Diagnostic Radiology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and improving patient outcomes.
