Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of radiology technologists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective imaging center operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality imaging standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited A.R.R.T. program with certification in MRI, CT, Mammography, or Diagnostic Radiology.
  • At least four years of technical experience and two years in a supervisory role.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in MRI, CT, Mammography, or Diagnostic Radiology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and improving patient outcomes.
