Qualifications

  • Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance as per policy.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a banquet service role is required.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write basic English for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Capability to follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relevant experience are necessary.
  • Basic computer skills to operate POS systems or cash registers are required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, bend, crouch, twist, and reach for extended periods, particularly while standing.
  • Moderate to high energy levels and physical stamina are necessary.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
